Hello and welcome to Crowley County, Colorado Crowley County. I am looking forward to adding a lot of information to this site. There is not much for this site at this time. I am hoping to get everyone to help out as much as you can by sending things for this site. The more we have on this site, the easier we can find our roots. History

Crowley County was formed in 1911 from the northern part of Otero County which had originally been formed from Bent County. It was named for Senator John Crowley who was instrumental in obtaining permission to form the new county. The county seat is Ordway.
