Convicts Escape

The four convicts that escaped from the penitentiary last Tuesday night have not been apprehended.

The boy, Antone Woods, who was sentenced for the murder at age of 11 years, seems to have murder born in him.

It will be remembered that Gov. Adams sent a specimen of his writing, his portrait and full description to the great Italian character reader, who said would be dangerous to permit the boy to be at large and that the critical time in his life would be when he was 26 years of age. He is now about 17.
