Two of the guidelines for submission to the site are:
  1. The "Date to Kiowa County" should be the date the person moved into the area that is now Kiowa County, which was formed May 3, 1889 from Bent and Cheyenne Counties, CO.
  2. Submit only the oldest of a family that immigrated.
