Mary G. Sherwin in 1850 Cleveland, Ohio, is 17, with parents Alonzo 59 Vermont and Sarah 41 New York. Sarah P. is 12, Ruth D. 9, and Ida A. 2. (Ruth Day Sherwin married Eugene Coleman and died in Cleveland "A daughter resides in Denver, Colorado.". One tree said Eugene Coleman died in September 1899 in Colorado)

In 1868, Jonathan Handley is taxed for a lot on Prospect street in Cleveland.

In 1870 Cleveland, John "Handly" is 73, "without occupation", with Margaret 70.

In 1880 Cleveland, Margaret is 80, living with daughter Sarah Ann Keeler, 50, and her husband, C. J. Keeler, 61, a physician. Wm.C. Keeler is 24, a clerk in a railroad office, and Charley Keeler 12 is attending school.

Ida A. Sherwin, m. 1st, C. L. Beckwith; 2nd, Elisha Nichols.
Ahimaaz Sherwin, Jr., died 1881, and Sarah M. King Sherwin five years later, at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. John Handley. Mrs. Sarah Sherwin was an earnest worker in the East End Methodist Church. "
