He might be the William Fraser who had a share in a mine in 1884 on the southern slope of Elliott Mountain, Dolores County, Colorado.

In 1900 and 1910 William Fraser, born in Scotland in February 1860, is maanaging a store in Denver. He had married Alwilda about 1890. She was born January 1865 in Iowa, and they have Richard Feb 1891 Iowa, John Dec 1893 Iowa. Her mother Mary E. Wright Feb 1845 Ohio is with them.

William and Wilda are in Victor, Teller County, Colorado in 1930 and 1940.
