This Walter was in Lincoln County, Missouri in 1870, 2, with Jesse M. 24 and Jane 20, both born in MIssouri. Wm. J. is 3, and Sophia B. is 6.

Jessie M. Nichols died Feb 7, 1871, age 24, buried in Lincoln County
Jane Nicholas married D.H. Cannon in Lincoln County on July 19, 1874.
