They were in Douglas County, Nebraska in 1870, John 20, Charles Francis 19, and Abe Sinclaim Alexander 14.

John E. Alexander and Mrs. Sarah A. Warner, both of Logan County married in Sterling on April 27, 1890.

Mrs. Sarah A. Alexander and William C. Dickerson married in Sterling on September 30, 1891.

He was from McKean County, Pennsylvania, she was from Otoe County Nebraska.

1875 Syracuse, Otoe County Nebraska "Two miles north of town, the residence of Ebert Warner blown down, no one hurt."

GEORGE, although in the same town, was not the father of John.

His biography says " father of eight children, whose names are recorded as follows: Arthur D., Alice M., George L., Lottie M., Hartley B., Irvin F., Minnie E., and also a son who died in childhood. The first-named three of the surviving children were born in Massachusetts, the remaining ones in this State."

September 3, 1885 "Rev. George Alexander of Syracuse fell through a trap door and sustained some severe bruises which have laid him up for a time."

Married in 1873 to Miss Sarah Still, of Otoe County, born in 1852 in Boone County, Ohio, and came here with mother and brothers; have three children, two sons and one daughter. Mr. W. is a staunch Republican in politics.

November 10, 1934 "Mrs. Sarah Alexander, 73, died Friday night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Bessie English, in LaSalle. She is survived by another daughter, Mrs. Ethel Hinek of Hannah, Wyo., and a son, Ernest, of LaSalle, also by nine grandchildren. Mrs. Alexander lived in LaSalle for 20 years. Funeral services will be held at Macy's at 2:30 Sunday, with burial in Linn Grove."

In 1910 Laramie Wyoming, John W. Alexander is 51, born in Indiana, wmarried 27 years to Sarah 47 Ohio. Troy is 22, born in Kansas, Bessie 20 in Missouri. Ethel Peterson, 14, niece bonr in MIssouri is with them.

In 1920 La Salle, Sarah is widowed, 58, with divorced daughter Bessie M. English 28 and Margaret E. English 6.

Sarah M. Alexander was living with Ethel and Joseph Hinek in 1930 Sidney, Nebraska, widowed, 68, born in Ohio.
Joseph E. Hinek and Ethel PETERSON married on August 23, 1914 in Weld COunty.
