July 1920 "J. T. Lee is visiting the home of his son, C. A. Lee and family. Mr. Lee will leave Wednesday for Cheyenne to take in the Frontier Day. Later he will visit in Denver and various mountain resorts and Greeley and Kansas, before returning to his home in Missouri."

July 1920 Atwood, Colorado "Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Lee had as their guests for dinner Sunday, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Pomeroy, Miss Alma Talwell, Franklin Pomeroy and Victor Lee. The party was a farewell for Victor Lee who leaves this week for Pattensburg, Mo."

August 1920 "Mrs. C. A. Lee. whose birthday was on Saturday, and little Leona, whose birthday was Monday, celebrated jointly on Sunday with a birthday dinner, having as their guests some of their neighbors. Leona's cake was decorated with just one candle."

Mr. C. A. Lee left on Monday for a business trip to Denver."

On October 26, 1947 at AStwood, Mr. Otix C. Otzenberger of Sterling and Miss Gewndolyn Lee of Atwood married in the presence of Myriam L. Lee and Ruth May Otzenberger.

Gwendolyn Marjorie Otzenberger, born Nov 15, 1925 in Sterling, died in Sterling March 28, 2016. Her daughter Nolene Moreno and husband of Sterling, sister Leona Cochran and her husband Cecil.
"Gwendolyn M. Otzenberger, 90, of Sterling, was born Nov. 15, 1925 and passed away Mon., March 28, 2016 in Sterling.
A family memorial gathering will be held at a later date.
Gwendolyn grew up in Atwood and married Otis Otzenberger on Oct. 26, 1947.
She was preceded in death by her parents Cleo and Myriam Lee and by her sister Leona Cochran and her husband Cecil Cochran.
Mrs. Otzenberger is survived by her husband Otis; son Grant and wife Pam; daughter Nolene Moreno and husband Dan, all of Sterling; grandchildren Sarah Elliott, Matthew Moreno, Marty Otzenberger, and Megan Eurich; and one great grandchild. "

Leona Myriam Lee of Atwood and Cecil La Vern Cochran of Sterling, married in Atwood on July 7, 1939, witnesses by Myriam L. Lee and Eva G. Cochran.

Leona is buried in Sterling 1919-2005.

VICTOR

Victor claimed a quarter in section 31, 7N 52W and 6, 6N 52W in 1920.

He's a butcher in 1920 Sterling, in a rooming house, single.
Victor Ortho Lee 1894-1996 is buried in Fort Logan # 911093, "Sgt, U.S. Army."

Victor is with his parents in 1930 Sterling, a real estate agent and in 1940 Denver is a real estatee salesman.
