Henry B. Anderson, a farmer, born 1859, died 1940, both in Sangamon County, Illinois.

In 1870 Sangamon County, Thomas F. Anderson is farming, 41, Martha 35, Charles 15, Edward 13, Henry 9, and Tabener 8.

Martha Child was born in Sangamon County December 8, 1833, marrying .F. ANderson December 25, 1852.

"Died, at his home near Richland, Ill., on Saturday, Sept. 24, 1898, T. F. Anderson, aged 69 years and 13 days. Mr. Anderson was the eldest son of the late Gen. M. K. Anderson and was born Sept. 11, 1829, on the farm where he has always resided. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife, four children: Edward, Henry, Tavener and Hattie Anderson, and several grand children, brothers and sisters. "

In 1900 Sangamon County, Henry is a teacher, single, born December 1859, with mother Martha Dec 1833, sisters Hattie 24 and Laura 21, all born in Illinois, and sister-in-law Catherine 35 New York.
"Died, Sunday, Dec. 4, 1904, at the residence of her mother, Mrs. L. C. Anderson, in Richland, Miss Hattie Anderson, aged 29 years, 24 days. "
