September 1899 Sterling "Frank Pratt has received letters from friends working on the J & M grade in the North river country hinting that work has actually begun on the grading on the south side of the river between Camp Clark and Sidney. That don't look much like the B & M was not going to do any work on the Brush-Alliance line this year as stated by a Fort Morgan paper, although we have no doubt the paper in question would like to see the lino abandoned for keeps."

In 1920 Leroy precinct, Logan County, Frank is a retired farmer, 59, born in New York, single.
