Samuel E. Shannon, son of Ferguston Shannon and Mariah Shanks, on July 30, 1874 in Bakersfield, died in Osceola on April 3, 1951, a hotel operator. He had been in Osceola 19 years. Myrtle was the informant, and he was buried in Osceola cemetery.
One post said Myrtle was born November 19, 1886 and died February 15, 1970, last residence Osceola.
