William D. Roblin is in the Ontario, Canada 1871 census, age 11, with Philip 51. Helen is 19, Phebe M. 16, David G. 12, and Viola C. 7.
In 1882 William D. Roblin of Sidney, Ontario was a witness
for the marriage of Viola Roblin age 18, daughter of Philip and Abigail Roblin,
of Sidney to Peter Aiken, 28 of Sidney, a farmer.
(One tree said his brother Harry Bidwell Roblin 1876-1954 is buried in Ontario # 69869834.)
William proved up a quarter in 8, 1N 42W in 1895 - a mile east of Laird.
In 1900 Denver, William D. Roblin is a teamster for the Denver Fuel & Feed Co., rooming at 8 Witter Blk.
The 1900 census has William as a detective, born March 1860 in Canada immigrating in 1883, married 12 years to Victoria April 1867 Canada immigrating in 1888. Ellen was born August 1895 in Colorado.
Ellen died in Denver in 1905, and is buried in Fairmount 1895-1905 # 13470584.
In 1910 Denver, William is 50, married 20 years to Victoria 40 - she's not had any kids.
November 1917 Laird items "Mrs. Roblin, of Denver, who
has been visiting Mrs. John Hultquist, returned to her home Friday."
In 1920 Denver, William is 58, with the police department, with Victoria 46. She said she immigrated in 1897, naturalized 1904.
In 1930 Denver, William is 70, Victoria 62, with nine boarders.
In 1934 William and Victoria C. Roblin are living at 1479 Milwaukee.
In 1940 Denver, William D. "Roblim" is 80, Victoria 72.
Victoria's obituary was in the Denver Post of August 21, 1941.
William's probate was in Denver courts in 1941.
