FAREWELL RECEPTION GIVEN BY FLORA CLUB
The members of the Flora Club entertained their husbands with a "time" party at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Edw. P. Flack Tuesday evening. The rooms were beautifully decorated with colored festoons and hatchets and cherries. Miss Toby and Joe Fisher won the honor prizes in the time riddle guessing contest. There was a relay race, George Dunkin and Mrs. Shrock making one team, while Consuela Fishers and Carrol Flack were their competitors. The "kids" won, with three seconds to spare. Then there was an onion race and numerous other doings, all tending to add zest to an enjoyable evening. After dainty refreshments, Mrs. Dunkin, on behalf of the members of both the Flora Club and Methodist Ladies' Aid Society, presented a beautiful china toilet set to Mrs. Shrock as a loving remembrance to a fellow member of each organization who was so soon to depart to make her home in another state. Those present were: Mr. and Mrs. Geo. W. Dunkin, Mr. and Mrs. S.P. Haverland, Mr. and Mrs. S.B. Geer, Rev. and Mrs. R.G. Ingraham, Mrs. and Mrs. Edw. P. Flack, Mrs. and Mrs. H.J.
