The Kiowa County Historical Society and the Eads School Library are working on a local history website of the stories of C. Frost Liggett dating from early county days. USGenWeb and COGenWeb volunteers will not charge fees for services rendered, but may sometimes ask for reimbursement for postage and copies made or similar out-of-pocket expense.
