"Joseph A. Woodbury was one of the original Union Colonists. He come here in the spring of 1870. A contractor, he is credited with building nearly every new public structure in Greeley – including the new school – during those early days. He also built the house he lived in at 1124 7th St.
Woodbury was a council member for several years, Greeley’s first fire chief and served two terms as mayor of Greeley. He lived in the house until he died in 1913."

Rebecca was born to Quaker parents. Her grandfather, Dempsey Reese was one of the first land holders in Henry Co. IN, coming there from NC in 1820. Rebecca went to live in Greeley in the fall or summer of 1887. She died at the home of her son, Joseph Francis, in Silver City NM.

Jennie was in Clermont County, Ohio in 1800, age 23, with mother Mary Page 56. She's in Logan County in 1900, married 17 years to Dixon buchanan. Lou was born April 1886 in Colorado.
Mary A. (Barkley) (Wood) Page 1821-1905 is buried in Clermont County Ohio, per # 135332809 - which says no tombstone located.

Harry claimed a quarter in 10, 10N 48W in 1917.



Harry "Woodberry", a carpenter, 25 and Louisa 24 are in Salt Lake City in 1910.

Louisa B. 33 and Harry M. Woodbury 34 are in Salt Lake City in 1920, with adopted daughter Lucile W. 12 (likely a niece, daughter of Angus Woodbury). His step-mother Rebecca R. Woodbury 62 is with them.
Lucile Woodbury married Henry William Blauer on August 8, 1928 in Cache County, Untah.

She's buried in Burley, Idaho 1906-1974. FAG says she was born in Utah, census says she was born in Wyoming, and another census says Idaho.

In 1940 they're in Piedmont, Alameda County, California, Harry working as a joiner at the Navy yard. They wee in Hollywood in 1935.

Harry, born January 20, 1885, died in Alameda County February 20, 1944.

New Mexico, and Wallace Woodbury of Glen dale and Mrs. Robert Jones of Billings, Montana, a member of San Fernando Lodge, No. 343, Masons? of San Fernando, California, a native of Greeley, Colorado, aged 69 years. Friends are respectfully invited to attend funeral services Wednesday, February 23, at 1 p.m. at the Fruitvale Chapel of the Clarence N. Cooper Mortuary, 1580 Fruitvale Avenue. Services under Masonic auspices."
