Three coordinator lists
Three pages print coordinator information, and they do not print the same list. The contact page has names and addresses and was updated on October 23, 2019. The about page has a dated list ending in May 2021 and was updated on September 9, 2021. The front page has job labels and one visible name. The note on the about page quotes the 1996 story. This note quotes only the names and the dates.
The contact page
The title is COGenWeb: Contact Us. The page says that a question about a specific county should go to the county coordinator, and that those names and email addresses are on the county home pages.
Then it prints a state list. Co-State Coordinator: Gail Meyer Kilgore, gail.kilgore@gmail.com. Co-State Coordinator: Colleen Pustola, ladyaudris@earthlink.net. Assist. State Coordinator: Billie Erin Walsh, bilwalsh@swbell,net. The mark between swbell and net is a comma, as the page prints it. Assist. State Coordinator: Michael Irwin, irwinmp@gmail.com. Web Mistress: Colleen Pustola, ladyaudris@earthlink.net.
Colleen Pustola is on two lines: Co-State Coordinator and Web Mistress. Web Mistress is two words. Gail Meyer Kilgore is a Co-State Coordinator on this page. There are two lines with that title.

The about page's dated list
The about page's title next to Colleen Pustola is COGenWeb Assistant State Coordinator. Assistant, not Co-State, and not Web Mistress. Those other titles are on the contact page.
The dated lines run from Nancy Trice, Jun 1996-Aug 1996, through Gail Meyer Kilgore, May 2008-May 2021. Kilgore's span ends in May 2021. The contact page, updated October 23, 2019, still prints her as Co-State Coordinator. The about page, updated September 9, 2021, ends her span at May 2021. Both lines are on the site. The note does not choose a later office for her.
Billie Erin Walsh is on the contact page and is not on the eight dated lines quoted from the about page. Michael Irwin is on the contact page as Assist. State Coordinator and is not on those eight lines.
The about page says all across the county in the volunteer sentence. That word is part of the 1996 essay, not part of the name list. The name list is the eight spans plus Colleen Pustola's assistant line. No name is printed after May 2021.
The front page table
The front page prints the labels Co-State Coordinator twice, and the name cells under them are empty. A second table prints Assist. Coordinator, Assist. Coordinator, and Webmistress. Webmistress is one word here. The contact page spells Web Mistress as two words.
The only name in that second table is Michael Irwin. The link target is irwinmp@gmail.com, without a mailto: prefix in the href. His cell is the middle column, under the second Assist. Coordinator label. The Webmistress cell beside him is empty. The first Assist. Coordinator cell is empty.
So the front page does not call him Webmistress. It prints his name under an Assist. Coordinator label. The contact page calls him Assist. State Coordinator and prints the same address, irwinmp@gmail.com.
The front-page note has the June 25, 2019 footer and Lady of the Lake Design Studio. Design Studio is the front page. Graphic Design is the contact page. Two studio lines, two pages.
The href irwinmp@gmail.com has no mailto prefix. The visible name is Michael Irwin. The Webmistress heading is printed, and the cell under it is empty.
County pages name other people
The counties table names Denise Wells for Adams and prints her mailto scnewjersey@gmail.com. The Adams narrative says My name is Colleen and calls her the temporary county coordinator, and it also says the county is open for adoption and to contact Colleen. The Adams note keeps those sentences together. They are not the contact page's state list.
The Larimer page says Hi, my name is Greg Brown, and I will be your host for Larimer County, Colorado. It labels State Coordinator and Assist. Coordinator and does not print a name on those two labels. The Larimer note quotes the host line. Greg Brown is not on the contact page's five state lines.
A county host, a table coordinator, a temporary coordinator, and a state list can all be printed without being one roster. The pages do not merge them. The notes do not merge them.
October 23, 2019, September 9, 2021, and June 25, 2019 remain three update lines. None of them is a term of office. Kilgore's May 2008-May 2021 is a term line. The update lines say when the page says it was updated.
An empty Co-State cell is still a cell. The label is printed and the name is not. The contact page fills that same title with Gail Meyer Kilgore and with Colleen Pustola.
What is not filled in
The front page's Co-State Coordinator labels have no names under them. The Larimer page's State Coordinator label has no name beside it. The contact page's Co-State lines do have names. Emptiness on one page is not a contradiction to hunt down. It is an empty cell.
The comma in bilwalsh@swbell,net is part of the contact page. Replacing it with a dot would be a different address. The note leaves the comma.
Webmistress and Web Mistress are both printed. Assistant State Coordinator, Assist. State Coordinator, and Assist. Coordinator are three abbreviations across the pages. COGenWeb Assistant State Coordinator is the about page's form for Colleen Pustola.
The 1996 narrative explains how the project describes itself. The lists say who the pages name. A reader can keep the essay and the rosters apart because they carry different dates and different titles.
The first Assist. Coordinator cell on the front page is empty. The Webmistress cell beside Michael Irwin is empty. Those blanks are labels with no name, the same class as the Co-State cells above them. The contact page fills Web Mistress, and it fills that title with Colleen Pustola.
